Thread: Wiki Profiles Idea

    Default Wiki Profiles Idea

I was thinking it would be a cool project to do add pages on members who had been in the clan a long time on the wiki. Start with the leaders of Wessex and work our way down, or do it by seniority. We could do a profile a week or something like that. It would be cool for trial members to be able to learn more about the membership when they join us.

I suggested something very similar to this as part of a proposal that there be an engaging and informative membership course to quickly bring new Trial Members up to speed on our history, structure, lore and culture.

I wholeheartedly agree. And this should be in it:

That's a pretty good bad idea actually.

    Who else but His Majesty?

Perhaps then you might work your way through the historically vital figures of Wessex, such as the venerable "(Lord) von Fishbarrel," "Lord Aeneas," "Lord Thirlan," "Nira Nathair," etc.

"Fishbarrel's" could include some kind of an explanation of how he was a very important figure in Wessex since the beginning and then it was revealed that he had connections to us through less direct means.

I think this version is great, and frankly, this epic mispelling of his name is probably the only form or "honoring" that will happen for that guy around these parts.
